Privacy Policy

The short version

halvra.no does not track you. No ads, no profiling, no consent banners — because there is nothing to consent to. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not follow you across sites: we see that a page was loaded, not who loaded it.

The only thing we store about you is what you write in the contact form or send us by email — and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What is stored

The site uses no cookies for tracking. One local preference — whether you have turned off animations — is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and never sent to us.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data (such as IP addresses) in its operational logs to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we store what you write — name, email address and message — so we can follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Alongside the enquiry we store a little context about where it came from: the page the form was sent from, any referral or campaign link, language, country (derived from your IP address by Cloudflare — the IP address itself is not stored) and browser type. This is used only to understand where enquiries come from.

If you start typing without submitting, the draft is saved so your enquiry is not lost. Drafts that are never submitted are deleted automatically after 30 days.

Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare (D1) in the EU, with Cloudflare as data processor, and may also be forwarded to our email. Submitted enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation requires — request deletion at any time at post@halvra.no.

Email

If you email post@halvra.no, your message is kept for as long as the conversation requires. Its contents are never shared with anyone else and never used for marketing.
