How we work

  1. 01

    Scoping

Which services do you use, and who needs access to what? A short call, a fixed price.

  2. 02

    Rollout

The password manager is installed for everyone, the vault structure is set up and today’s passwords are imported.

  3. 03

    MFA on everything

Two-factor goes on service by service — Microsoft 365 first, then the rest of what’s critical.

  4. 04

    Training and handover

Everyone learns to use the tool in their daily work. You get the policy and the offboarding routine in writing.

A fit for you if

  • share passwords in spreadsheets, notes or email today
  • want to shut down all access the same day someone leaves
  • have MFA requirements from customers or your insurer
  • want to remove the most common attack path without making everyday work harder

Common questions

What do a password manager and MFA cost for a company?

NOK 7,900–14,900 excl. VAT for companies with up to 20 employees, depending on headcount and services. The Bitwarden or 1Password license comes on top and is paid directly to the vendor — we help you pick the right tier.

How long does it take?

4–8 hours of work. Everything is usually in place within a week, training included.

Bitwarden or 1Password — which should we choose?

Both are safe and well suited to small businesses. Bitwarden is the most affordable and open source; 1Password is a touch more polished in daily use. We recommend based on your team — not on what we earn, because we earn nothing on the license.

Won’t MFA annoy the staff?

Set up right, you barely notice it. Known devices are remembered, and approval is one tap in an app. Compared with cleaning up after an account takeover, it’s free.

What happens when someone leaves?

You follow the offboarding routine: the account is deactivated, shared vaults are revoked, and passwords the employee had access to are rotated. It takes minutes — not days of guessing.

What if someone forgets their master password?

The business editions have recovery mechanisms for administrators. We set them up and document the routine, so no one is locked out for good.
