What does business backup cost?
NOK 4,900–7,900 excl. VAT as a one-time setup, plus NOK 49–99 per user per month for the backup service itself. The price depends on user count and data volume — you get an exact price before we start.
How long does it take?
The job itself is 2–4 hours of work, usually delivered within a few days. The first full backup runs in the background and can take a little longer, depending on data volume.
Doesn’t Microsoft back up my data?
No. Microsoft runs the platform, but the data is your responsibility — it says so in the agreement you accepted. Recycle bins and retention policies help a little, but they don’t protect against ransomware, sabotage or deletions discovered too late.
Where is the backup stored?
In European data centers, separate from your Microsoft 365 environment. That’s the whole point: the copy must survive even if your tenant is compromised.
