What does Svarklar cost?

NOK 199 per user per month, with a 14-day free trial and no card required. The first 10 customers get the founding price: NOK 99 per user per month for the whole first year. No lock-in.

How is it different from Pipedrive or HubSpot?

Svarklar is an inbox with stages, not a CRM for sales departments: set up in minutes, no feature jungle. It is the tool we run our own customer dialogue in every day.

What happens after the trial?

Nothing dramatic: your data stays safe, but the inbox pauses until you activate the subscription. We never invoice without your yes.

Can we import our customer list from a spreadsheet?

Yes — send us the spreadsheet and we import it for you during setup (free, part of onboarding). Self-serve Excel/CSV import is on the way — and you can always get out again: “Download CSV” lives on the board.

Where is the data stored?

In the EU/EEA with Cloudflare, data processing agreement included.
