How we work

  1. 01

    Scoping

We go through your environment: machines, Microsoft 365, backup and today’s pain points. You get a fixed price per user.

  2. 02

    Onboarding

Intune, patching and monitoring are set up, and everything is documented. Normally done in 1–2 weeks.

  3. 03

    Ongoing operations

You report issues and get a response by the next business day at the latest. Maintenance runs automatically in the background.

  4. 04

    Quarterly review

Every quarter you get a short report: what’s been done, where security stands and what we recommend next.

A fit for you if

  • have 5–20 employees and no in-house IT
  • are tired of being the company’s involuntary IT department
  • want to know exactly what IT costs every month
  • want a partner who answers — not a ticket queue

Common questions

What does IT support for a small business cost?

NOK 590–990 per user per month excl. VAT, minimum NOK 2,900/mo. The price depends on how much needs managing. Fixed price — no hourly invoices after the fact.

How long does it take to get started?

Onboarding normally takes 1–2 weeks: devices into Intune, patching and monitoring on, and documentation in place. After that, just report issues as they come.

What does “next-business-day response” mean in practice?

Report an issue and you get a response by the next business day at the latest — critical issues jump ahead of everything else. We deliberately don’t promise 24/7: that’s a promise a small provider can’t keep, and we’d rather make one we keep every time.

Is there really no lock-in?

Yes. The agreement runs month to month and can be canceled at any time. Your confidence should come from the delivery — not from the contract.

What is not included?

Projects — like migrations, new websites or larger overhauls — are priced separately at a fixed price, always agreed with you first. Hardware and licenses you pay directly, with no markup from us.

Why choose a small provider?

Short lines: the person you talk to is the person who knows your environment and does the work. That is also why we deliberately take on a limited number of managed clients — quality over volume.
