Ready for Copilot — without the salary list showing up in chat

Copilot finds everything your employees have access to — including the documents they never should have had access to. After years of sharing in SharePoint and Teams, that’s more than you think. We analyze the sharing, clean up access and label what’s sensitive, so you can switch on Copilot without unpleasant surprises.

How we work

  1. 01

    Analysis

We map who has access to what in SharePoint and OneDrive, and find documents shared more widely than anyone intended.

  2. 02

    Findings and priorities

You get a clear picture: how much is overshared, what’s most sensitive, and what must be fixed before Copilot goes on.

  3. 03

    Cleanup and labeling

We tighten access, remove old sharing links and apply sensitivity labels to what needs protecting.

  4. 04

    Report and plan

The ready-for-Copilot report sums up the status and gives a concrete rollout plan — who gets Copilot first, and why.

A fit for you if

  • are considering Copilot licenses and want to do it safely
  • have SharePoint and Teams that have grown organically for years
  • handle sensitive data — HR, contracts, customer data
  • have already switched on Copilot and want to check that it’s safe

Common questions

What does Copilot readiness cost?

From NOK 12,900 excl. VAT. The final price depends on how many users and how much data you have — you get a fixed price before we start.

How long does it take?

Usually 1–3 weeks, depending on data volume and how much needs cleaning up. The analysis runs without disturbing operations.

What is oversharing, exactly?

Documents shared more widely than anyone intended — say, an HR folder shared with “everyone in the organization” three years ago. Without Copilot, someone had to go looking to find it. With Copilot, asking is enough.

Do we need to buy Copilot licenses first?

No — the point is to run the analysis before you buy. The report also tells you who should get a license first, so you don’t pay for more than you need.

Do you do the cleanup, or do we just get a report?

Both. We do the cleanup and labeling as part of the delivery, and the report documents what was done and what you should keep an eye on going forward.
