Workshop
Half a day where we map your tasks and pick the 1–2 places AI saves the most time. No lofty visions — concrete tasks.

Setup and policy
We set up the tool that fits you best, with business settings that don’t train on your data, Norwegian templates and an AI policy everyone understands.

Automation
We build and test 1–2 automations — for example proposal drafts, inbox summaries or reports that write themselves.

Training and handover
Employees learn to use the setup in their own workday. Want it maintained and kept current? The care plan handles that.

What does it cost?
NOK 14,900–29,900 excl. VAT as a fixed-price project, depending on scope. The NOK 1,900/mo care plan is optional and has no lock-in.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–4 weeks from workshop until your employees are up and running. The work itself is 10–18 hours on our side.
Which tools do you set up?
Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude — we choose based on what you already have. If you use Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the natural fit; otherwise we recommend whatever gives you the most for your money.
Is our data safe?
We use business editions where your data is not used for training, and the AI policy makes clear what employees should never paste in. That’s part of the delivery, not an add-on.
What kinds of automations can you build?
Typical examples: first drafts of proposals and email, summaries of documents and meetings, and reports that fill themselves from data you already have. We keep the scope to 1–2 automations so they get finished and actually used.
Do we need Copilot licenses first?
No. And if you’re considering Copilot in Microsoft 365, do a Copilot readiness check first — so sensitive documents don’t turn up in the answers.
