How long does it take?
Usually within a week from when we get read access. You contribute less than an hour of your own time.
How much can we save?
Typically 10–20% of the license cost. With 20 users, that’s often tens of thousands of kroner a year. If we find little to save, you still get a full overview of what you pay for — most businesses lack one.
Do you need full admin access?
No, read access is enough. We change nothing during the analysis — the switch plan is executed only once you have approved it.
Do you make the switches for us?
The switch plan is written so you can easily do it yourself. If you’d rather have us make the switches, we agree on it as a small add-on job — or as part of an IT support agreement.
